Hotel Policies

  • Smoke-Free Hotel Policy: The smoke-free hotel policy has received praise from guests and will remain committed to achieving a smoke-free environment. Penalties of up to $250 will apply for any violators.
  • Room Guarantee: To hold the room beyond the local hotel hold time, a credit card guarantee of payment must be received at the hotel prior to designated hold time.
  • Pet Policy: PLEASE NO PETS. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS . Pets are not allowed in any areas of the hotel, including in your room.
  • Traveling with Children or Several Guests: There may be a limit on the number of guests who may occupy the room type selected which could impact the number of rooms needed and room rate
  • Check-in/Check-out Policy: Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Shoulder you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, the hotel may impose an early departure fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • In an effort to better serve guests seeking last-minute accommodations, guest will be required to cancel their room reservation 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee is equal to the first nights charge plus tax.
  • You can cancel your reservation on our website or by calling the property and speaking with a front desk agent. Please no cancellations by email. Cancellations are not allowed via email.


  • **During peak season (June through October) and festivals, the cancellation policy is 14 days prior to reservation arrival date. During this time period, cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the entire stay of the reservation.**
